We ensure regular backups according to your defined schedules to reliably secure your data. In the event of data loss, we promptly restore your data through Restore & Recovery. Additionally, we conduct an annual Recovery Test to ensure that your applications can be seamlessly restored in an emergency.
With an annual Security Check, we thoroughly examine your data and infrastructure, implementing targeted measures to ensure optimal protection. Furthermore, we conduct regular quarterly Infrastructure Reviews to continuously analyze your applications and systems and identify potential security risks early.
Our 24/7 Monitoring ensures that your applications and infrastructure are monitored around the clock to promptly detect errors. In the event of a critical system outage (Priority 1), we offer immediate assistance according to your chosen response times.
